Ancasta International Boat Sales Ltd is looking for a full time Yacht Broker to join their team at the Poole office selling both brokerage and their range of new boat brands. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills as well as a good working knowledge of both power craft and yachts. In addition, previous sales or brokerage experience would be desirable, but not essential. The successful candidate must have a ‘can-do’ attitude, the drive and enthusiasm to meet and exceed targets and the ability to provide the highest level of professional service.
You will be joining an established, high-achieving and professional brokerage team who in turn are part of a successful and well-regarded company.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills as well as a good working knowledge of both power craft and yachts. In addition, previous sales or brokerage experience would be desirable as well as knowledge of the second hand boat market. The successful candidate must have a ‘can-do’ attitude, be computer literate and have the ability to provide the highest level of professional service in the industry.
You will be joining an established, high-achieving and professional Europe-wide brokerage house. We offer a generous package (basic salary plus commission) in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
